Dear Backers,

I wish to update you on some recent events.

This past month I was not feeling well, I was hospitalize​d​ and am still recovering. As ​a result, I was ​out of office​ for a while and could ​not​ support you guys as I should​ have​. This is not an excuse - I am just trying to ​get you to understand why I was not as available as I have been in the past. Many sent me PM​s and did not ​get a ​reply - sorry again!

I promise to reply to each and every​ ​one of you and resolve any issue​s​ so you all get your rewards.

The extra SG for Prime Time:

I ​hope to return to work next week ​and be able to keep this production schedule:

• 14 days - post production - proofing and layout of the new cards
• 7 days - proof printing plates
• 14 days - lead printing time
• 7 days - Shipping from China via express service to our warehouse
• 7 days - fulfillment and shipping to our backers

I wish I had better news - but sometimes it is better to let you guys (and ​girl​s!) know about ​unfortunate circumstance​s​ rather than keeping you in ​t​he dark. I hope truly that you can relate and understand, I thank you in advance for your kind support and patience.

Update #17: Fulfillment in Progress!

Dear Backer,

I wanted to quickly update you about the fulfillment sta​tus.

Major note: The first shipment will include all SG and rewards that are packed in the main box. All add-ons and/or other rewards will be shipped in a second shipment that I will announce once ready.

US&EU fulfillment:

Both main shipments arrived to our warehouse ​a few days ago day. We will start preparing and packing individual packages for each backer in the upcoming week and the first packages should be on ​their way by ​the weekend.

Australia and New Zealand:

Our partners at Aetherworks just finished all shipments - every backer should receive their copies by the end of next week.

Canada & rest of the world:

We are moving your copies to forward fulfillment depots that will locally ship your games (to save customs and other related issues). I will send ​a ​PM to each backer once their copy ​is on ​the​ way.

I am working on the actual fulfillment and I have little to no time to answer PM​s​, so please be patient with communication and messages as I am trying to get everything out - as fast as I can.

Last Note: I am preparing the labels for tomorrow so I will lock-down all address related posts by today (12:00 AM EST).

Update #16: Logistics and fulfillment

Dear backers,

I wish to update you on our ongoing quest for fulfillment. As you might have heard – the production of the boxed game has been finished (~) three weeks ago. 

I have worked tirelessly these past 10 days with our partners across the globe to send every shipment with the goal of getting you those games before Christmas(!) But I failed to find any courier or vessel that could get in time before each country (US, Germany etc.) closed their customs service, due to the overwhelming amount of cargo heading to those locations. 

I knew this in advance and this is why I set my ETA to January `16. The current ETA is 12th of January for the US, 15th of January for Germany and the 3rd for Australia. Canada ETA is undetermined as of yet – we assume you will get everything by mid-February via our local partner (Snake N Lattes). 

I will need 10 more days to start shipping out everything. In order to prepare the files and labels, I have to close the BackerKit surveys and lock everything. The updated lockdown date is the 17th of December. If you have not yet answered your survey – we will use your KS (default) address. If those addresses are not confirmed or correct – we will not be responsible for any lost shipment or mishandling. 

Extra KS expansion/cards: 

As you may know we started working on all of the extra rewards as soon as we finished the KS project. 

Naomi did an excellent job illustrating these cards (NOT FINAL): 

I am starting the production of these cards by next week and we hope to catch the main shipment and ship them out in January as well. Those rewards will be shipped separately in most locations. 

Last words, I am sorry for not reaching my own goal of fulfillment and also for not replying to your PMs the past week or so, as I was very busy with the logistics. I will reply to each mail and PM by this weekend. I know KS is a very personal experience and I, as well as my entire GEG team, will be more than happy to fulfill your pledge and show our appreciation by creating this amazing game.

BackerKit surveys are coming!

BackerKit surveys!

We will send an email with a special link to BackerKit surveys . It is important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can. Our ability to generate your package depends on receiving this information. 

Filling out your BackerKit survey is not required, but it is the easiest way for us to gather essential information about your rewards. You do not need to make a login and password to fill out your survey, just fill it out and you’re all good to go! You will be able to answer questions about your rewards preferences, provide shipping information, pay for international shipping if you forgot, and, you can pledge for more items or “add-ons” if you'd like. 

You do not have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email! 

If you decide later that you want to edit your survey survey response, you can go back and change it anytime before I lock down the reward packages for processing. If you need to review your information or pledge status, you will be able to request your survey at .backerkit.com. 

 If you use your Facebook login for your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey will be sent to the email you used for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you would prefer to use, please contact support@backerkit.com and we'll get you sorted out!

BGG Con

Me and the GEG team are heading to Dallas, TX - we will demo and present "Prime Time" & "Rome - Rise to Power".

If you are attending - please stop by our booth so we can thank you in person and hand you over a very early copy of your rewards.

Update #14: Post Spiel and Fulfillment

Dear Backers,

I just returned (last week) from the great Spiel `15​.​ ​We succeeded in fulfilling​ over​ 150 games (Rome & Prime Time) to our devoted backers.

This is a ​​ground breaking ​​turnaround - all thanks to our manufacturer (who keep​s​ bringing good news...) and ​the ​e​ntire GEG ​t​eam.

I wish to thank each and every backer ​who approach​ed​ me ​to say hi as it was very humbling and I wish I could shake every​ ​one of your hands and THANK ​YOU!

Fulfillment is underway:

As I told you - more good news! Our manufacturer told me the other night that ALL copies will be done by next week !! This means that the first shipment to the US and EU will be underway at the ​beginning of November and we hope to get your copies​ to you​ by mid December, way ahead of ​schedule.

Prime Time - extra ​​SG:

I met Naomi at Spiel and we have started to work on the extra SG cards for Prime Time. We both hope to catch the main shipment and fulfill those ​along with each copy of Prime Time.

Pledge Manager ​​

We are still ​waiting ​for ​PM to activate our account. If we do not ​see any advancement on their ​side ​in​ the next two weeks - we might move on and go with BackerKit as our post funding fulfillment manager.  

Last Words Again - I feel that I said it to​o​ many times​, but still​ -​ thank you all for support​ing us​ and I hope you will get your copies very soon​.​
